You will define program scope, develop plans, manage budgets and risks, coordinate resources, and track progress with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes that support business goals and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Understand program scope, participate in planning milestones, and guide the core team through execution.
• Identify and secure cross-functional participation with guidance from senior staff.
• Create and maintain program plans and records throughout the lifecycle.
• Schedule work to fulfill scope, including critical path management.
• Help develop goals, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Support budget and resource forecasting to align with demands.
• Identify and address risks and issues to maintain program integrity.
• Track schedules, manage tasks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
• Maintain regular attendance and adaptable work hours as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
