This position offers a hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation between $130,000 and $150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with talent management and employee experience.
• Hands‑on experience with succession planning and talent reviews.
• Strong program design and facilitation skills.

• Partner with CHRO to build and evolve the firm's talent framework.
• Shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle.
• Lead the performance management cycle end-to-end.
