Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, organizational psychology, education, business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Credentials such as Prosci Change Management Certification, CPTD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development, employee development, and learning initiatives.
• Serve as internal consultant for organizational development and change-management efforts.
• Lead change-management planning and execution with stakeholders and adoption strategies.
• Identify performance gaps and training needs with leaders to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs and leadership experiences.
• Oversee learning technologies, vendors, and learning administration; supervise the Training Coordinator.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field

Master's degree preferred
