The Difference You Will Make:
We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (Senior Talent Business Partner at Airbnb) who will be a strategic partner to our teams across the globe.
You’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, helping shape and execute a people strategy that drives performance, engagement and innovation. You’ll also coach and influence managers, roll up your sleeves to solve challenges and connect the dots across global teams and initiatives. This role reports to the Talent Director for the group.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will need to be based in San Francisco Bay Area to be able to conduct their work. Currently, employees can not be located in: Alaska, Indiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Delaware And Rhode Island. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
