The Difference You Will Make:
We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (Senior Talent Business Partner at Airbnb) who will be a strategic partner to our teams across the globe.
You’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, helping shape and execute a people strategy that drives performance, engagement and innovation. You’ll also coach and influence managers, roll up your sleeves to solve challenges and connect the dots across global teams and initiatives. This role reports to the Talent Director for the group.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will need to be based in San Francisco Bay Area to be able to conduct their work. Currently, employees cannot be located in Alaska, Indiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Delaware, and Rhode Island. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
