Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights, executive reporting, and process improvements for Talent Acquisition.

You will own complex analytics projects that inform hiring strategy, workforce planning, and retention decisions, collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders. You will design automated reporting, develop dashboards, and deliver predictive analytics to support hiring and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, BI, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, automated reporting solutions, and BI reporting.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating complex workforce and recruiting data.

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-level reporting and presentations on key hiring and retention metrics.
• Lead complex analyses of recruiting, workforce, and planning data; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Design, develop, and automate data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Create and maintain automated executive reporting packages and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual TA and retention reporting for leadership.
• Partner with TA teams to monitor hiring performance against forecasts and improve outcomes.
• Own analytics workstream for hiring acceleration initiatives, workforce planning, and integration activities.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, validation, and reconciliation across systems.
