Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights, executive reporting, and automation for Talent Acquisition. You will own complex analytics projects informing hiring strategy, workforce planning, and retention decisions.

You will partner with TA leaders, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to define questions, integrate data, and deliver actionable recommendations. Expect end-to-end project ownership and executive-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems)
• 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition analytics, people analytics, or workforce planning
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint and data visualization tools
• Experience building executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, automated reporting, and BI reporting
• Ability to present complex workforce data to senior leaders with compelling visuals

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-level reporting on hiring and retention metrics
• Lead analyses across recruiting, workforce planning, and retention data
• Design and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query
• Create automated executive reporting packages and PowerPoint presentations
• Own analytics workstreams for hiring acceleration, workforce planning, and BI solutions
