Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a dynamic Sourcer to support its SG&A recruiting team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent to support our fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for critical roles and help drive the company’s continued growth and success. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years in sourcing or recruiting, excellent communication, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in sourcing or recruiting for SG&A roles.
• Experience supporting finance, HR, legal, policy, and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent Identification: Identify passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop relationships with prospective talent.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust pipelines for various SG&A roles.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing strategies.
• Process Improvement: Analyze metrics to refine sourcing strategies and workflows.
