Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a dynamic Sourcer to support our SG&A recruiting team. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent to fuel our fast-paced, innovative environment and help build pipelines for critical roles.

You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters, use advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven approaches to optimize workflows, and contribute to the company’s growth with strong communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a track record of SG&A hiring.
• Experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating sourcing effectiveness.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Engage candidates with tailored messaging and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing with role requirements.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to improve strategies and workflows.
