You will build pipelines for critical roles, collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters, and use data-driven approaches to refine sourcing strategies and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with SG&A focus.
• Experience supporting finance, HR, legal, policy, comms and other G&A roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
