Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. in Oklahoma seeks a Senior Talent Advisor to partner with hiring leaders, delivering full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including executive recruiting and proactive talent pipelines.

You will lead team recruiting efforts, consult with managers, manage ATS/HRIS documentation, and enhance the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions and levels in the organization.
• Proactive sourcing and passive candidate recruitment.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team recruiting efforts and provide direction and oversight.
• Develop and deliver integrated recruitment services; consult with hiring managers to identify position needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen, interview and recommend candidates for employment
• Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities within the HRIS.
• Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure service levels and engagements are maintained throughout the process.
• Serve as main point of contact for executive recruiting, including coordinating travel arrangements.
• Enhance the candidate experience through onboarding, including new hire orientation and training.
• Mentor designated department staff and assist with training of new hires to the Talent Team.
• Promote brand awareness through social media, community outreach and campus events.
• Evaluate effectiveness of talent strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and laws related to talent recruitment; present reporting to HR leadership.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
