Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with corporate and firmwide functions, delivering and enhancing talent management processes.

You will support talent reviews, promotions, succession planning, and manager development while leveraging analytical insights to guide leadership decisions. You will help shape talent discussions, leadership offsites, and development sessions, contributing to talent strategy evolution and program improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Human Resources, Strategy, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and trends and develop solutions.
• Excellent project/program management and planning abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data storytelling.
• Experience designing and delivering talent development interventions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Advisors to define and drive strategic talent management objectives.
• Leverage standards to guide annual talent processes (promotion, succession planning, talent reviews).
• Support Senior Talent Advisors in MD Promotion Processes and Succession Planning for key roles.
• Advise senior leaders to diagnose talent gaps and development needs.
• Design and execute development interventions for select C-suite individuals and leadership teams.
• Promote HR talent products with timelines, deliverables, and metrics to senior leaders.
