Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join US HR & Recruiting in the Grand Rapids market. The role is remote-based but requires on-site presence 1-2 days per week at the Kentwood office.

You will develop hiring strategies across Finance, HR, IT and Leadership roles, manage senior-level searches, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required in HR/Business or related field
• 7+ years of experience recruiting in a diverse and fast-paced environment
• 5+ years recruiting professional and highly technical roles (Finance, HR, IT, Exec)
• Experience in talent search including internet search optimization, sourcing programs, passive mining, screening and interviewing
• Experience supporting EEO requirements and fair hiring practices; proficient with social media and job boards; MS Office usage

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to define business needs, role objectives, and culture
• Create job profiles and ideal candidate profiles; determine interview processes across roles
• Develop recruitment strategy, research market, write job ads
• Utilize diverse sourcing and networking strategies to attract active and passive candidates
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; present summaries to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Manage compensation discussions and set expectations with candidates
• Advise on onboarding, benefits and compensation for new hires
• Extend offers and manage confidential candidate searches
• Research recruiting market trends to improve sourcing and employer brand
• Promote Intertek on platforms and demonstrate reasons to join the company
• Conduct outreach to diverse groups to support inclusion; handle special projects
