Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US HR & Recruiting teams, based in the Grand Rapids market.

This remote-based role requires on-site presence at the Kentwood office 1-2 days per week and emphasizes diversity-focused, high-touch candidate experiences. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in senior recruiting across Finance, HR, IT, and Leadership roles, with strong sourcing, interviewing, and compensation negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• 7+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment (required).
• 5+ years recruiting for professional and technical roles (required).
• Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating compensation (required).
• Proven ability to support EEO requirements and fair hiring practices (required).
• Remote work in the US; reside in the United States and able to work legally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role objectives, culture, and interview processes.
• Develop recruitment strategies, write job ads, and source diverse talent.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present shortlists to stakeholders.
• Advise on onboarding, benefits, and compensation; manage confidential searches.
• Promote Intertek on platforms and drive employer branding and outreach.
