Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic talent advisor and hands-on recruiting partner for critical hiring across Europe and global functions. This senior individual contributor role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, market intelligence, and the ability to influence leaders through talent expertise.

This position does not have direct people-management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with senior business partnership.
• Experience recruiting across Germany, the United Kingdom, and broader EMEA; APAC a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and close hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in medical device/diagnostics or other regulated life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles globally from intake to offer.
• Advise leaders on role design, market conditions, and compensation competitiveness.
• Develop talent strategies aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Source, engage, assess, and close passive candidates across regions.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to influence hiring plans.
