Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior Lead Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles. You will partner with hiring managers, deliver talent market intelligence, and guide the broader recruiting team.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to attract top talent in a regulated industry. This hybrid position requires 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; 7 years full-life cycle recruiting experience OR High School Diploma with 11 years experience.
• Experience directing/mentoring activities of recruiters supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
• Ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills including vendor agreement experience.
• Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience using data to drive recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing methodologies and labor market trends.
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements across Talent Acquisition.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for complex, high-impact roles and partner with hiring managers.
• Coach recruiters and drive process excellence within the team.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure top talent is attracted and retained.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices and market conditions.
