MedZed is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support rapid growth across operational teams. Working remotely from the US, you will manage 20+ openings per month, open/close requisitions, and partner with HR to define salary ranges and start dates.

The role requires 5 years in Talent Acquisition, strong candidate sourcing skills, and experience with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft 365. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Join a mission-driven team improving health outcomes for Medicaid members.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
• High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; proficient with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels and recruit for 20+ roles per month.
• Open/close requisitions, prepare offers, record interview notes, and manage applicant disposition.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to establish salary ranges and start dates.
• Monitor recruiting standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Generate reports and provide weekly updates on talent acquisition initiatives.
