Job summary

Modaxo Traffic Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, evaluate, and produce high-quality candidates for development teams. This hybrid role requires 1–2 days in the office for engagement, onboarding, and relationship building.

You will report to the Group VP of HR and drive full-cycle recruiting to support rapid growth. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing active and passive candidates, and building an employer brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' sourcing and recruitment experience (agency and corporate background).
• Fluency in Spanish both written and spoken.
• Post secondary education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Substantial technical recruitment experience is required.
• Demonstrated achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resources.
• Strong business relationships and communication skills.
• Action oriented with urgency and ability to understand technical elements.

Reporting to the Group VP of HR, you will be dedicated to sourcing, evaluating, and producing high-quality candidates an opportunity to pursue an exciting career at one of the MTM companies. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting mainly within the development organization to help Modaxo Traffic Management continue its unrelenting growth trajectory. This position will be a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office to support engagement, onboarding activities, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying selection criteria, sourcing and screening applicants, interviewing candidates in conjunction with hiring manager, and making salary recommendations.
• Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking and headhunting.
• Execute on creative, out of the box, sourcing strategies to uncover alternative candidate pools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focusing on team processes and building our Employer Brand.
• Develop and implement a variety of strategies to market the organization to potential candidates, advertise openings, and solicit qualified applicants.
• Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles.
• Develop and implement recruitment campaigns for passive talent.
• Source, attend and manage follow-up for a variety of recruitment events.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources by supporting projects and initiatives.
• Ensure all recruitment and hiring process administration is consistently complete in real time, including recruitment folders, tracking and recruitment metrics
• Manage the hire process and internal transfers/promotions
• Conduct Day 1 new hire orientation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 plus years' of sourcing and recruitment with a mix of agency and corporate recruiting (we will consider candidates coming directly from an agency).
• Fluency in Spanish both written and spoken.
• Post secondary education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Substantial Technical recruitment experience is required.
• Demonstrated achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resources.
• Strong business relationship skills (communications and interpersonal).
• Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• The ability to understand and communicate technical elements and the requirements.
• Understanding of the nuances of different technology stacks and possess a strong ability to assess the technical skills of candidates.
• Experience working on high volume of roles and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• You are an independent thinker and can work with minimal supervision.
