EVERSANA, a global life sciences company, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide administrative and project support to the recruiting team. You will source candidates, schedule interviews, and manage applicant tracking systems while building relationships with internal stakeholders.

You will lead multiple recruitment projects, identify process improvements, assist with background checks and offers, and partner with external agencies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition supporting hiring and previous project manager experience.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Assist with offer letters, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
