Job summary

Vaco is seeking an Executive Financial Recruiter to drive sales, grow client relationships, and recruit top talent for client job orders. This blended role combines business development with recruiting to build a robust book of business.

The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to plan and deliver timely projects, with a focus on recruiting quality candidates and expanding client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 24 to 36 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant talent solution experience highly preferred.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
• Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target client relationships.
• Prospect via calls, ads, emails, social media, and meetings.
• Generate new job orders weekly aligned with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
• Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities.
• Perform weekly interviews in line with performance objectives.
• Generate leads via professional relationships and other interactions that support business development/sales.
• Log all activity in Bullhorn to manage a book of business.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business.
