Transition Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for a publicly traded financial services organization in a regulated environment. This onsite San Diego role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

You will own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer, partner with hiring managers, source passive talent, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience recruiting professional/corporate roles.
• Ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to clarify needs and shape recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract passive talent through various channels.
• Recruit for professional and corporate roles from entry-level to Director-level.
• Perform resume reviews, screenings, coordinate interviews, and support evaluation.
• Deliver market intelligence and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Support process improvement and recruiting-related projects.
• Ensure recruiting aligns with policies, laws, and best practices.
