Job summary

STSI (Staffing Technical Services Inc.) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead the full engineering recruiting lifecycle on-site. You will partner with engineering leadership, craft recruitment strategies, and manage multiple engineering requisitions from intake to offers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering recruiting experience, strong sourcing techniques, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Recent engineering recruiting or engineering sourcing experience is required.
• Experience recruiting engineers in Power Generation, EPC, Utilities, Industrial Construction, Heavy Industrial.
• Experience recruiting Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), Process, Piping, Project Engineering.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with engineering hiring managers.
• Lead intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify engineering candidates.
• Manage multiple engineering requisitions simultaneously.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and the hiring process from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted recruiting partner.

Pay Range: $36.83 - $45.00

Summary: The ideal candidate is a Senior Engineering Recruiter who can independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle and become a trusted recruiting partner to Engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with engineering hiring managers.
• Lead intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify engineering candidates.
• Manage multiple engineering requisitions simultaneously.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and the hiring process from start to finish.

Experience

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Recent engineering recruiting or engineering sourcing experience is required.
• Experience recruiting engineers in one or more of the following industries:
• Power Generation (strongly preferred)

• Heavy Industrial
• Experience recruiting one or more of the following disciplines:
