Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Fontana, CA. You will source active and passive candidates, build pipelines, and guide leaders on talent identification and onboarding processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential to close offers and drive hiring outcomes. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent, 5 years as a full life-cycle recruiter, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field OR equivalent experience.
Must have 5 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including internet job boards, networking, social media, industry events and job fairs, local colleges, and other creative strategies.
Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone, virtual or in person) and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate with hiring manager to present offers and negotiate a competitive offer to close the deal.
Ensure all job descriptions and postings are compliant with regulations.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System and analyze recruiting data to identify trends and success rates.
