Deluxe is seeking a highly driven Recruiter to partner with business leaders, influence talent decisions, and proactively identify exceptional talent in competitive markets. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers while leveraging sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top candidates.

The ideal candidate is a strategic talent consultant who understands workforce planning, talent market dynamics, and how to build pipelines of diverse, high-caliber talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business required.
• 7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• HS/GED with 11 years experience acceptable.
• Experience in technology or sales recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, select and secure top candidates through full lifecycle recruiting.
• Consult with HR and business leaders to create strategic recruitment and hiring solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract leadership talent.
• Partner with senior leadership to build diverse talent pipelines and workforce plans.
