Job summary

Luminize in San Diego, CA is building a Talent Acquisition function and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to own an end-to-end portfolio of searches. You will partner with VPs and department heads, design interview processes, and close offers while directing offshore sourcers.

This senior role requires 5+ years in recruiting with strong interview design, a data-driven approach, and deep knowledge of CA employment law. Onsite office, no travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting with deep interview design
• Structured interview loops end-to-end & debriefs to a decision
• Talent partner to senior stakeholders; advise on role design and outcomes
• Proven success hiring at Director level and above
• Experience directing offshore sourcing or vendor teams
• Strong negotiation and complex compensation conversations
• Proficient with ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter and data-driven funnels
• Knowledge of CA and multi-state employment law, EEO, pay transparency
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of requisitions from intake to acceptance
• Lead intake meetings, define success profiles and 90-day scorecards
• Bring market intel on talent, compensation, and competitors to conversations
• Design interview loops and assign panels and focus areas
• Direct Sourcer and Screener activity, including offshore sourcing
• Grade work samples and run calibration sessions
• Own offer strategy and negotiation, hand off ramp plan
• Build scorecards and training materials for company-wide use
