Job summary

Toast is seeking a dynamic recruiter to own high-volume hiring across R&D and/or G&A in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner with hiring managers, manage substantial inbound applications, and deliver diverse pipelines while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related recruiting experience with a track record of success in high-volume hiring.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for R&D and/or Sales in a SaaS company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast’s R&D and/or G&A functions.
• Manage inbound application volume using Greenhouse ATS, identifying top candidates quickly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and drive decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular syncs and effective communication.
• Leverage data and metrics to drive an efficient, equitable search that matches talent to opportunities.
