Coor Group seeks a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition Nordic to design and lead a Nordic TA function, partnering with CHRO and HR leadership. You will drive talent supply, employer branding, and data-driven processes to support growth across multiple markets.

You will lead a team of seven Specialists, align TA with business strategy, and build scalable capabilities that ensure high-quality candidate experiences and compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 8-10 years in Talent Acquisition or HR roles, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading a TA team in a Nordic and/or international matrix environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with business leaders.

• Scale a high-performing TA organisation across Nordic markets.
