Sprinto is a fully remote company enabling organizations to scale trust and compliance. We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to own the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple functions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will partner with business leaders, develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and raise our employer brand while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups or SaaS.
• Proven ability to hire across diverse functions in competitive markets.
• Strong sourcing, networking and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate priorities into hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, market mapping.
• Make data-informed hiring decisions and improve interview quality.
• Advise stakeholders with market insights and actionable recommendations.
• Enhance employer brand and candidate experience.
