The candidate will design recruiting strategies, manage complex staffing challenges, analyze metrics, and partner with Site HR Managers to forecast needs while ensuring service levels with staffing agencies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing staffing agency relationships in a high-volume or production environment.
• Ability to lead multi-site requisition strategy and drive decisions with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating hiring data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or guiding less-tenured recruiters or specialists.
• Excellent stakeholder management across HR, site leadership, and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a broader portfolio of staffing agency partnerships across multiple sites.
• Lead agency performance reviews and partner discussions, with recommendations to the TA Manager.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for agency issues affecting staffing.
• Design and drive recruiting strategy across a multi-site production portfolio.
• Identify systemic staffing challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
• Analyze hiring metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners and share sourcing best practices.
• Partner with Site HR Managers and Operations leaders on staffing priorities across sites.
• Build relationships with supervisors to forecast workforce needs.
• Support contingent workforce conversion efforts with the Contingent Workforce Coordinator.
