Job summary

Marketlab, a healthcare solutions leader, seeks a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner. The role combines strategic TA planning with leadership of the recruitment team, partnering with executive leadership to meet staffing goals and enhance the candidate experience.

You will drive sourcing strategies, employer branding, and DEI initiatives while collaborating with HR, department heads, and external partners to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of broad recruiting experience and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of TA best practices and employment laws.
• Proven experience in strategic TA planning and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth.
• Forecast staffing needs and build proactive pipelines for key roles.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand evolving hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment team with clear KPIs and high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience.
• Drive employer branding and DEI initiatives in hiring practices.
