Job summary

Marketlab, a Grand Rapids-based healthcare solutions company, seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead Talent Acquisition and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent needs and sourcing channels. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, foster employer branding, and champion diversity in hiring practices.

You will partner with department heads and executive leadership to build a proactive talent pipeline, optimize processes, and improve candidate experience in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of broad recruiting experience and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of TA best practices and employment laws.
• Proven experience in strategic TA planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform Talent Acquisition functions and advise leadership on talent needs and sourcing channels.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Collaborate with HR, department heads and executives to forecast staffing and build pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress to leadership.
