Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of broad recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of TA best practices and employment laws.
• Proven experience in strategic TA planning and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Forecast staffing needs and build proactive talent pipelines for key roles.
• Lead recruitment team, set expectations, goals, and KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to meet staffing needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress to executives.
• Promote employer branding and inclusive hiring practices.
