Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience designing and running batch hiring events and Super Days with multiple interviewers.
• Recruiting for technical support or similar high-turnover function.
• Experience partnering with Go-To-Market and Corporate functions at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Technical Support hiring.
• Design, plan, and execute batch hiring events and Super Days.
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and partnerships.
• Forecast hiring needs with leadership and adjust strategy to meet demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on requisitions and plans.
• Manage candidate experience, with timely communication and structured interviews.
