Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Florida to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior management roles and above across the organization. You will champion IHCS employer branding, guide hiring managers, and build strong relationships with healthcare leaders while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3+ years in the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing and organizing hiring events, job fairs, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Knowledge of AHCA, DBPR, and other healthcare compliance regulations.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume and high-complexity requisition load.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Listens attentively and with empathy
• Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others
• Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs
• Customer-service centered
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
