Anaconda is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to drive revenue growth through strategic go-to-market hiring.

You will partner with leaders to shape recruiting strategy for sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring high-quality hires while balancing speed and efficiency. You will recruit for technical sales roles and collaborate with engineering-minded candidates, building scalable processes across rapid growth in the AI landscape.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years in-house recruiting for GTM roles.
• Experience sourcing Enterprise Account Executives in SaaS/Open Source DevTools/Data Science/AI ecosystems.
• Experience communicating private company equity compensation to candidates.
• Experience shaping recruiting strategy for high-growth GTM teams with measurable impact on hiring velocity and quality.
• Experience recruiting technical sales roles with credibility with engineering and developer audiences.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes during rapid growth, including in open-source, AI, or data science-oriented companies.
