Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a seasoned Partner GTM Programs & Operations Director to architect scalable partner operations across Cloud Marketplace, Channel, and technology partner programs. You will drive data-driven processes, executive reporting, and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate revenue growth.

You will work with our SVP of Partnerships and leadership to design scalable operating models, establish performance frameworks, and embed partner considerations in company planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading GTM operations, programs, and strategic planning for Partnerships organizations focused on cloud providers, channels, or tech ecosystems.
• Experience translating strategy into operational execution with cross-functional impact.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement partner operations strategies aligned with revenue targets across channels and marketplace ecosystems.
• Create playbooks, SOPs, and reporting to enable partners to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and planning to ensure partner contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Develop dashboards tracking partner-sourced revenue, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and ROI on partner investments.
• Integrate AI-powered automation into partner workflows to reduce friction and accelerate value.
