Job summary

Anaconda, Inc. is seeking a Partnerships GTM Programs & Operations Director to turn partner strategy into revenue growth. You’ll design scalable processes, build data-driven performance frameworks, and integrate AI-powered tools across our Cloud Marketplace, Channel, and technology partner programs.

This is a builder role with executive visibility. You’ll work directly with our SVP of Partnerships and executive leadership to design scalable processes, establish data-driven performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading GTM operations, programs, and strategic planning for partnerships or ecosystems.
• Experience translating strategy into operational execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Experience designing and implementing operational playbooks in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute partner operations strategies aligned with revenue targets across Cloud Marketplace, Channel, and technology partners.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, and reporting frameworks enabling partners to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, forecasting cycles, and planning to ensure partner contribution to pipeline.
• Create dashboards tracking partner-sourced revenue, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and ROI.
• Integrate AI-powered automation into partner workflows to reduce friction and accelerate value.
• Collaborate with Field GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to embed partner considerations in planning.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes through structured change management.
• Establish the operating rhythm for Partnerships with weekly cadences, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning.
