American Airlines seeks a Talent Advisor to partner with hiring managers across Airport Operations and Cargo to shape staffing for frontline and management roles. You will facilitate intake, align SLAs, and guide the candidate experience end-to-end.

You will oversee the selection process, advise on offers, and track recruitment metrics, ensuring compliant interviewing practices and strong collaboration with HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years recruiting experience with frontline roles.
• 1 year reporting experience relative to Talent Acquisition performance and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and set SLAs.
• Guide intake sessions and ensure job descriptions reflect required KSAs.
• Manage candidate experience and provide coaching on behavioral interviewing.
