Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a results-driven salesperson to collaborate with corporate and agency accounts to create customer-centric outcomes. You will analyze needs through meetings, coordinate cross-functional programs, and prepare tailored proposals to support retail efforts.

The role requires strong communication with high-level executives, a solid account-strategy background, and familiarity with modern airline distribution tech to drive retail success across AA’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• 3+ years experience in Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis or other airline commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate or agency accounts to develop outcomes to benefit the customers of American Airlines when they fly.
• Analyzes customer needs through both online and in-person meetings with agency or corporate partners.
• Coordinates and implements programs with appropriate field and staff departments.
• Prepares correspondence, proposals and presentations to support retailing activity.
• Communicates updates on AA products and services as needed.
