Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3 years experience in talent planning, performance management, talent review and succession planning, competency modeling/role profiling.
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Experience in program/process design and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner to create and implement a talent roadmap to meet evolving organizational requirements, enhancing leadership and team effectiveness.
• Define customer needs, recommend solutions, and develop project plans to achieve deliverables.
• Apply creative thinking to solve complex challenges with high impact outcomes.
• Diagnose organizational problem areas and design impactful solutions.
• Drive talent management processes to help leaders identify, engage and retain talent.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to produce actionable deliverables.
• Design and implement onboarding programs to improve the candidate and new-hire experience.
• Partner with people partners, HRIS, and people analytics to achieve enterprise value.
• Perform data analysis, providing insights and recommendations for action.
