Job summary

Credit One Bank, headquartered in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of roles. You will own the end-to-end process from intake and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing a full recruiting desk from intake to closing.
• Recruiting across multiple levels including campus, professional, leadership, and executive.
• Experience recruiting for specialized or difficult-to-fill roles in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong direct-sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of positions from intake to onboarding transition.
• Recruit talent across a broad range of levels including campus, professional, and executive roles.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to understand objectives and requirements.
• Develop customized sourcing strategies based on position, market, and location.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent via direct sourcing and networks.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and leadership roles.
• Lead senior-level and executive searches including market mapping and outreach.
• Partner with colleges to attract interns and early-career talent as needed.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess experience, capabilities, and motivation.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market conditions, and compensation considerations.
