Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Corporate & Investment Banking to lead recruiting for 300+ professionals and to shape a scalable, high-performing recruiting engine. The role sits at the intersection of talent strategy and business execution, partnering with C&IB leadership on market intelligence and hiring strategy.

You will manage sourcing, coach leaders on interviewing, negotiate offers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

Analytical mindset for interpreting data, market trends, and recruitment metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with senior banking leadership and managers.
Ability to manage relationships with passive candidates and specialized networks.
Experience advising senior leaders on recruitment strategy, interviewing, and selection.
Ability to negotiate offers aligned to market data and firm budget.

Responsibilities

Implement and enforce a new TA operating model and structured interview framework.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for corporate and investment banking.
Partner with senior leadership to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
Manage relationships with external agency partners for quality and cost-effective outcomes.
Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on interview framework and decision-making.
Document recruitment activity to ensure compliance with company policy and employment law.
Refine recruiting workflows to drive efficiency and scalability as hiring needs evolve.
