Job summary

UVeye Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to build elite teams across diverse functions.

You'll develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines for current and future needs, and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions. This hands-on role scales recruiting processes while collaborating with TA and HR partners globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
• Proven ability to manage searches from intake through offer acceptance.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and success engaging passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with multiple functions and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for U.S. positions, from intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and other channels.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of searches across functions and levels, including senior roles.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence and compensation insights.
• Conduct thoughtful candidate screens to assess experience and fit.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Guide interview and selection processes to drive timely, informed hiring decisions.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and advocate UVeye's culture and employer brand.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders through the offer process to support compensation alignment and references.
