CIC Construction Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles supporting industrial construction projects. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and guide selection decisions to build a capable, diverse workforce.

You will drive talent strategy, ensure compliance, and represent CIC at career events, building a stronger organization that powers critical projects across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles.
• Experience supporting hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• High-level sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Skilled in delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview processes.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and labor-market trends to advise leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
