Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and staffing operations across multiple business groups.

You will closely partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, manage requisitions, source candidates, and guide candidates through interviews and pre-employment steps. The role emphasizes candidate experience, compliance, and coordination of onboarding in a fast-paced environment with Paycor/IMIGIT systems and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years in recruiting or staffing agency role, supervisory experience preferred.
• In-house recruiting experience for retail/manufacturing or equivalent required.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and databases for sourcing, screening, and tracking candidates.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle hiring from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop talent strategies.
• Manage requisitions in ATS and maintain current job descriptions.
• Source candidates, review applications, and refer qualified candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate job fairs, events, and other recruiting activities with internal/external partners.
• Conduct background checks, pre-employment screenings, and issue offer letters.
