Loop is a rapidly growing AI-native company transforming the global supply chain. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and to shape our recruiting processes and strategy.

In-office role in Chicago/NYC/SF with 4+ days per week in the office. You will partner with hiring managers, improve interviewing systems, and elevate the candidate experience while driving hiring success at scale.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage searches from intake to offer.
• Strong sourcing skills and proactive talent engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to design interview loops and criteria.
• Build scalable recruiting processes and improve efficiency as Loop grows.
• Develop sourcing strategies to expand candidate pipelines across channels.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve funnel health and hiring velocity.
