You will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire engineering, technical, and manufacturing talent, leveraging market intelligence and sourcing expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and advise on competitive hiring practices, driving growth and improved hiring results across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including engineering, technical, manufacturing, scientific, or other specialized professional recruiting.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and developing sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, manufacturing, and other specialized professional positions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly sought-after talent.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on talent market trends, competitive hiring practices, and attraction strategies.
• Support recruiting initiatives including workforce ramp-ups, hiring events, university engagement, and talent pipeline development.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through strong communication, relationship management, and process excellence.
• Leverage recruiting metrics, market insights, and technology to improve hiring outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
