This role emphasizes coaching recruiters, driving outcomes, and using data-driven insights to optimize processes. The position is based in Charlotte with possible local and domestic travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with coaching/mentoring
• Proven ability to connect talent strategies to business outcomes
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management capabilities

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 recruiters
• Drive accountability for hiring outcomes and candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and leaders to develop recruiting strategies
• Lead recruiting initiatives including events, interview days, and pipelines
• Present recruiting metrics to identify opportunities and improve results
• Ensure recruiting activities are executed with operational excellence and customer focus
• Collaborate with TA leadership to adopt tools, processes, and programs
