Fracht FWO Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent across our North American organization.

This role will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers and HR leadership, and build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines. You will leverage market insights, recruiting data, and technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience; freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end candidate experience and successfully closing hires.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Provide talent-market insights, including compensation trends and sourcing challenges.
• Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and negotiations as needed.
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records in the ATS and deliver metrics.
