Fracht FWO Inc. is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across our North American organization. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to anticipate workforce needs, build proactive sourcing strategies, and develop strong talent pipelines.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting technologies, screen candidates, and guide managers on structured interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (logistics/shipping preferred).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to map and engage passive candidates.
• Strong communication, relationship-building with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, locations, and organizational levels.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Provide talent-market insights, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates, train managers on structured interviewing, and manage background checks and offers.
